Front Desk - Receptionist. RE is committed to providing excellent Human Resource Services through access to knowledgeable and energetic professionals working in an enjoyable team environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Appropriately handle all incoming calls (English and Spanish) to RE’s main number, as well as walk-in customers.
- Answer phones, answer employee questions, or direct callers to appropriate departments.
- Unemployment Notices: Responsible to respond to unemployment claims for assigned clients before they expire and notify HR Generalists regarding unemployment hearings
- Verification of Employment:Â Process all verifications of employment and send them to the requestor within 24-48 hours
- Process copies of W2’s for employees, as requested.
- Translate and assist with Spanish calls and documents.
- Order office supplies
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Distribute the mail to the designated departments
- Coordinate lunches for the departments when needed
- Coordinate special events when needed
- Must be proficient in excel, word and outlook as we use these daily
- Must be computer literate
- Work as a team with the other HR team members and be their backup as needed
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Office Administration experience
- Able to manage a high workload and juggle priorities
- High School Diploma required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- HR background preferred but not required

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
