Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner you will design and administer human resources policies and procedures. Collaborate with management and other HR functions to pro-actively determine and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to business challenges. Support and partner with mid level local management, sharing your knowledge of local HR policies, procedures and regulations to help them not only understand business implications but then consequently implement HR solutions accordingly. This position requires a focus on tactical and delivery aspects of employee engagement, organization and team effectiveness, performance management, career development and compensation. The HRBP also supports employee relations by handling cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Finance or other related subject, preferred.

5 years of professional HR experience, required.

10 years of professional HR experience if not degreed, required.

Experience with compensation, employee relations, investigations and proven relationship building, required.
