Job Description
As a top-performing Inside Sales Agent with our consolidation loan division, you'll have the opportunity to accelerate the debt resolution journey for our existing customers by providing them with the funding they need to resolve their debts faster and improve their credit. Our loan product is exclusively available to eligible customers enrolled in our debt resolution program.

Work from home/hybrid:
We're proudly offering hybrid work options for candidates located in the Tempe, AZ area. This role requires employees to have high speed internet.
Start Date: February 13, 2023
Shift: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8-Hour Shift Between the hours of 6am - 8pm MST
Pay: $20/hour + Overtime + Uncapped Monthly Commission
What You'll Do:
- Make 125+ outbound calls daily
- Achieve an average conversion rate of 75%
- Advise existing customers about the loan product while providing a solution-based sales experience
- Start the loan application process, prequalify clients, and collect documents
- Schedule approved customers for Welcome Calls with Loan Consultants to close the loan
- Set expectations and create urgency with prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage leads; leads pipeline will consist of approx. 200 leads and new leads will be generated weekly based on production.
- Adhere to compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Qualify lead sources and structure loan applications.
- Achieve metric targets.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment with a proven decision-makingtrack record of successs.
- Prior sales, collection, retention, and/or customer success experience is required.
- Experience uncovering consumers needs to gather more information to provide solution-based services.
- Drive to meet and exceed sales and/or performance based goals.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills required to follow-up on a pipeline of 200+ leads daily.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and solid computer skills with experience effectively managing a CRM.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and influence.
- Strong ability to learn, a willingness to accept coaching and driven to create a successful sales career.
