Bilingual IT Project Manager

Dolphin Debit, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Euronet, serves financial institutions and credit unions throughout the United States with a complete suite of ATM management and outsourcing services, including routine maintenance, cash management, and compliance updates. We have an exciting role for an experienced Bilingual IT Project Manager to join our team as we expand in Latin America. This role will be in El Salvador.

As a Bilingual IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within the organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including business owners, technology teams, and external vendors, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Your strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams will ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with project team members to ensure clarity of project goals, tasks, and expectations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Manage project budgets and track project expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and Euronet's IT governance standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Bilingual-Spanish/English (Required)
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in managing projects involving cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
