This is a remote position. A member of our recruitment team will discuss location preferences with you in more detail.

Major Responsibilities:• Liaise between the U.S. and Tokyo Head Office for responsibilities to resolve the issues under the consultation with supervisors• Be familiar with administrative tasks within the team to improve workplace effectiveness and efficiency• Support periodical reporting required by Head Office and U.S. Finance team• Arrange meetings within the organization, including Head Office Executives and counterparts• Respond to inquiries or requests for information from HO, other business line and external auditors, or other areas in the Bank• Support facilitating the approval process for system and facility Investment and purchase application• Support onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks for team members• Perform other ad hoc project work

Qualifications:• Business level English and Japanese communication skill, both in the written and verbal manner required• 2-3-year business experience• Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)• Bachelor's degree preferred
