Bilingual Japanese FINANCIAL ANALYST

Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual English and Japanese Financial Analyst to join our team at Kirkland, WA . In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing financial data and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional consulting services.
Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
• Utilize Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Create visualizations to present financial data effectively
• Assist in strategic planning initiatives based on financial insights
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis
• Shareholder tour to the target area and properties.
• Draft reports and explanatory materials in Japanese, and to accurately understand feedback and revision requests from headquarters, supervisors, and collaborators.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst
• Proven understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Experience in accounting and finance at a Japanese company is a plus.
• A genuine interest in and understanding of the residential construction industry.
• Ability to comprehend spoken English in meetings, rapidly interpret contracts and internal documents, and engage in general conversation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
