Your seat at the best snacks table:

You will be working onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona snack manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will support the dynamic Phoenix location for recruiting our non-exempt workforce at the manufacturing plant. We are requiring a full-cycle recruiter, Bilingual/Spanish who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively for high volume, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. You are highly responsive to our candidates as well as our hiring managers, your business partners. You are incredibly skilled at sourcing top-notch candidates in a variety of functions. We have an incredible product offering and exceptional employees - you will be one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent.

What you bring to the party:

• Recruit for high volume skilled roles (maintenance techs, PMOS, Sanitation techs, Quality techs) as well as entry level packer roles
• Proven track record of creating and executing sourcing strategies to attract talent, brand guru
• Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience, including some new hire onboarding tasks to complete prior to orientation
• The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize
• Savvy with the latest tech and tools 
• Data driven - track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
• Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Service level - insist on the highest standards while building respected business partnerships

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of high volume recruiting experience, food manufacturing preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required to meet communication needs with potential and current workforce
• SME with the landscape – knows the market and competition
• Expertise in working with a current cloud based ATS, preferably Greenhouse, Taleo, etc
