Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Banner Occupational Health in Phoenix, AZ

Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a dedicated full-service occupational health provider, is looking for a Bilingual Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. This is an amazing opportunity to join a large, multi state occupational health program, with board certified Occupational Medicine Physicians, and many other experienced advanced practice providers. The position is located in Phoenix, Arizona, the fifth-largest metro area in the US.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Full Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team and help us grow. Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
• DEA with prescriptive authority
• Board Certification ACNP or NCCPA
• Current AZ license, and BLS required
• A minimum of 2 years' of experience required in Occupational Medicine
• Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required, or acquired within 6 months of starting
• 12 hr. shifts | No Call
