Position: Bilingual Patient Access Rep

Pay: $12-18/hr

Hours: M-F 10-4

Location: Addison, TX

Responsibilities:

• Register pre-admission testing, surgeries, labs, ER, COVID testing
• Verifications
• Speaking to patient before they come with instructions
• VERY fast paced- must be able to keep up
• Back to back registration & then phone calls to pre-register

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Patient Access experience in hospital or surgery center setting
• Must have high volume experience
• Must be able to multitask
