Job Summary:

The Quality Management Coordinator/Technical Writer will contribute to our organization’s growth by supporting the design and coordination of QA/QC processes and systems. They will revise and author documents that support our Quality Management department, specifically as they relate to our Quality Control processes and SOPs. They will drive the collaboration, review, approval, and publishing of our documentation. Their primary focus is the development of our Quality Control procedures and documentation through interaction with multiple teams. The incumbent must be able to fluently communicate and write in both English and Spanish.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Aide in defining Quality Control processes, procedures, and support implementation of those systems at multiple facilities.
• Write and edit end-user documents in both English and Spanish using proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax, as well as logic, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Verifies the accuracy of information, using references when appropriate.  
• Coordinates with senior members of Ops Systems and IT departments to establish publishing strategies.
• Revise procedures and documentation governing internal Quality policies and processes.
• Drive process improvement of quality across all deliverables.
• Ensure consistent presentation of deliverables through templates.
• Deliver documentation timely and provide prompt input.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent investigative, documentation, technical writing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to take in technical information and communicate it in writing to be accessible to all members of the team.
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work and communicate clearly and precisely with team members.
• Attention to detail when authoring and reviewing documents.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, or Quality Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technical writing
• Experience in Quality Management, end-user documentation, documentation management
