Bilingual (Spanish) Reception Position

Reception Position Available at Itasca-based Collection Agency.

Our company is currently seeking to fulfill a bilingual (Spanish) Reception / Data Entry full-time position at our headquarters location in Itasca, IL.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable and capable of multi-tasking. Experience with Excel spreadsheets is a must. This individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with some experience in Microsoft Word.

Daily Tasks Include:

• Operating a multi-line phone system
• Kindly greeting all visitors that enter our offices
• Be able to screen and transfer calls to the correct party
• Sort and distribute all incoming mail
• Data Entry

Job Requirements: A successful candidate will be dependable, personable, and capable of multi-tasking. Qualified individuals will have a minimum of two years of experience and the equivalent of a high school diploma. Additionally, individuals must be bilingual (Spanish), have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
