Role Overview
WeLink seeks a committed and customer-centric Technical Solutions Representative to bolster our team. As a Technical Solutions Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering timely and efficient technical support to our valued clientele. Your primary objective will be troubleshooting various technical intricacies related to their internet connectivity. This position offers full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via diverse channels such as phone, email, and chat to identify the underlying causes of their issues.Employ patience, empathy, and professionalism to provide effective solutions.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, striving for swift resolution.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hitches, ensuring minimal disruption to customer services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee comprehensive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficient verbal communication skills, adept at handling phone and email correspondence effectively.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support roles.
- At least 1 year of remote troubleshooting experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Preferred certifications in COMPTIA, A+.
- Salary range: $20-$22/hr.
- Office presence required up to 2 times per week at our Lehi, UT headquarters.
- Schedule requirements: 12pm - 9pm Sun/M/Thur/F/Sat.
- Availability for holiday shifts and on-site training during the initial 2-3 weeks.
- Must be Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
