Summary:  The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver full cycle recruiting solutions from sourcing to onboarding and collaborate with leaders to align hiring with business objectives. This person will help implement best in class strategies to support our goal of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team who is passionate about building a diversified and inclusive workforce and is focused on creating a best-in-class employee experience.  This position will support recruitment for both English and Spanish speaking employees and applicants.   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to understand current talent needs and build sourcing strategies
  • Create and implement those sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates by utilizing online recruiting tools, social media, associations, hiring events, and networking events
  • Prioritize openings and properly track statuses
  • Works with a high level of energy and sense of urgency to fill openings
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of top talent for current and future opportunities through industry networking
  • Screen applicants and submit recommendations to hiring managers for consideration
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews. Follow up with hiring managers and candidates for feedback on how interviews went and discuss next steps
  • Move candidate through the hiring workflow and maintain current notes on candidate status and eligibility.
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding
  • Extend verbal offers and send offer letters with new hire documents
  • Process background checks per state cannabis regulations
  • Provide new hire information to Human Resources to ensure proper onboarding
  • Remain up to date on recruitment techniques and industry best practices to create innovative ways to promote Curaleaf as a premiere employer
  • Monitor, meet, and exceed recruiting metrics.
  • Support Curaleaf’s goals of sourcing diverse candidates, including those with previous cannabis-related records utilizing innovative search strategies to attract a broad and diverse community of talent
  • Generate and distribute standard reports in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Responsible for appropriate handling of confidential and time sensitive material
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with high volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience sourcing and closing entry level and mid-level roles
  • Experience utilizing an ATS system (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
  • Must be an independent self-starter as well as a dependable team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with constant change and ambiguity
  • Ability to travel for job fairs and on-site meetings as needed
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to communicate with senior leaders
  • Must be 21+ years of age

The hiring salary for this role is $64,000 to $78,000 per year.
