This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Texting Supervisor in Canada.

This role is at the heart of a national, 24/7 youth mental health support service delivered through digital text-based communication. You will also play a key role in supporting and motivating a volunteer community, fostering engagement and performance. This is a remote, shift-based position requiring flexibility and strong resilience in a continuously operating environment where every interaction can make a meaningful difference.

  • Coordinate with emergency services, child protection agencies, and internal escalation teams when required.
  • Engage, motivate, and support volunteers through group communication and ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with other supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery and operational continuity.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with confidentiality and safety standards are properly maintained.

    • Understanding of Canadian youth-related laws, services, and protection systems.
    • Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess risk and make decisions under pressure.
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills in high-stress environments.
    • Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift-based remote environment.
    • Full professional bilingualism in French and English (mandatory).
    • Benefits
