If you are passionate about helping people, enjoy working in a performance-driven environment, and are ready to grow, we want to hear from you. - Work Locations We are hiring for multiple Boost Mobile stores in thePhiladelphia and Chesterareas: • Chester, PA– Avenue of the States • North Philadelphia, PA– 5th St, Lehigh Ave, Front St Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred for Philadelphia locations only. - Work Schedule • Full-time preferred • Must be available on weekends and holidays - Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans • Conduct hands-on product demonstrations to highlight mobile features • Upsell accessories, rate plans, and services • Keep displays stocked and store clean and professional • Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately • Make outbound calls (Smile & Dial) and hand out flyers to increase traffic • Collaborate with team members to hit daily sales goals • Stay updated on new products and wireless promotions • Provide bilingual support (Spanish) — preferred for Philadelphia stores only - Team Meetings & Trainings To stay aligned and improve performance, we hold occasionalteam conference calls or in-store training meetings. These typically happenonce per quarterand may be scheduledoutside of regular work hours.
