The role:
- Implements Deluxe-proposed solutions and configurations on projects while meeting the client billability levels and billing rates as established for this position.
- Prepares implementation status reports
- Implements up to five small projects simultaneously as well as upgrades
- Assists on larger more complex projects that require more than one resource
- Works with the project team to prepare customer or internal systems by customizing base software applications and entering customer-specific data
- Tests systems prior to delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally to ensure a quality product
- Documents defects and resolution approaches. Works collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, mathematics, computer science, business, or engineering and 2 years of related experience, or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of related experience
- Working experience with the Microsoft Office suite and windows-based operating systems/networks
- Experience implementing or support software solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working in banking, payment processing, or treasury management
