The role:

  • Implements Deluxe-proposed solutions and configurations on projects while meeting the client billability levels and billing rates as established for this position.
  • Prepares implementation status reports
  • Implements up to five small projects simultaneously as well as upgrades
  • Assists on larger more complex projects that require more than one resource
  • Works with the project team to prepare customer or internal systems by customizing base software applications and entering customer-specific data
  • Tests systems prior to delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally to ensure a quality product
  • Documents defects and resolution approaches. Works collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues

This role is not permitted to be filled in the following locations Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, mathematics, computer science, business, or engineering and 2 years of related experience, or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of related experience
  • Working experience with the Microsoft Office suite and windows-based operating systems/networks
  • Experience implementing or support software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience working in banking, payment processing, or treasury management
