Day to day : pull off the coding from the 3 rd party coding vendor, data enter those, make sure they have billed correctly and contractual adjustments are correctly, scrubbing claims, make sure claims are sent out via paper w/ work comp or electronic, working with the clearing house, sending out statements, working the experience report from BCBS to verify the payments are applied correctly, credit balance reports and requesting refunds, patient call for outstanding balances
