Job Description
Modivcare is looking for an experienced Billing Analyst. You will conduct detail-level analysis of revenue billings and adjustments. You will analyze accounts receivable collections and work with management to help make decisions about client payments, contractual obligations, use and expenses. We are looking for someone who can analyze large datasets with innovation in mind. You will report to the Director of Billing.
You will...- Ensure accurate client invoicing including fee-for-service invoicing, revenue reconciliation statements, and settlements.
- Query and manipulate data through Microsoft Access or other databases to create invoices.
- Maintain documentation of internal controls over the preparation of client invoices.
- Participate in accounts receivable collection efforts. Work with important client contacts and internal departments, including Legal, Client Contracting, Revenue Assurance and Client Services to aid in the collections efforts.
- Prepare information to support cash collections forecasts, based contract terms and payment timing expectation.
- Maintain SOX compliant documentation of internal controls related to the billing cycle. Support internal, external and client contract audits.
- Lead special projects including new software implementations. Look for ways to use and improve process and system functionality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of financial analysis/billing experience.
- Experience managing large volumes of data; Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros). Proficient in Access and SQL.

Salary: $49,590 - $66,120 annually
