Billing Analyst (Exteriors)

This position will support Billing Leadership by contributing to process improvement, testing, data entry and report generation for the Exterior billing department. This position will also specifically support operations through reporting and increased transparency using company data.
Responsibilities

• Meets billing operational standards by applying billing information to customer-service standards, problem solving, and identifying billing system improvements
• Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines - including responsibility for all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop reporting to streamline and improve overall billing process and operations.
• Monitors operational performance and recommend adjustments to existing processes, in order to streamline operations.
• Manages all client information relating to current billing processes, including the maintenance of all billing documentation and applicable billing matrices for clients
• Fosters a positive team environment
• Assists in the coaching, mentoring, and training of new hires and department staff
• Ensures confidentiality of internal and external data
• Performs ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of related experience

Other Relevant Qualifications

• Previous billing experience
• Operational and Financial analytics experience is preferred
• Knowledge of SMS Assist client billing guidelines is preferred
