Summary of the role:
We are looking for candidates with a financial background to join our Billing team. As a Billing Analyst, you’ll prepare, execute, and monitor automated and manual billing processes for Amadeus markets, apply new requirements, identify problems, analyze, and solve them. You’ll be the responsible connection between local customers, business partners, and other business units, as well as the central team for billing activities.

In this role you’ll:

• Perform operational billing activities for Amadeus products and services independently and collaboratively.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer financial queries.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues on the support and execution of billing processes.
• Be a collaborative partner for our internal departments, management, and customers, providing support and assistance for all billing-related topics.
• Work on local and international projects.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Previous work experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency with SAP SD Module.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts is preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills in English (B2) & German (min. B1).
• Responsive and adaptable to changing work priorities to meet required deadlines.
• Highly motivated and proactive.
• Openness for new knowledge.
• Enthusiasm for learning.
• Good problem solving skills.
