Billing and Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., a seismic consulting company is seeking a full-time Billing and Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Snellville, Georgia location.
In this role, you will be responsible for billing clients, verifying and recording transactions, monitoring payments and resolving account discrepancies.

What Youโll Be Doing:
- Create invoices according to company practices and submitย to clients
- Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and collections, identify delinquent accounts and contact those accountholders to request payment
- Communicate with clients about billing inquires and discrepancies
- Create reports regarding current status of client accounts
- Maintain and update client files, including name or address changes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Your Background and Experience:
- 2- 3 years related billing experience
- Prior experience in engineering and/or construction a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn related computer software
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
