Billing and AP Coordinator

We are looking for a Billing and AP Coordinator to come aboard and help manage the incredible growth we're experiencing at Vero. This is an exciting and pivotal role that will be crucial in Vero's growth journey.

Responsibilities

• Creating and Sending Client Invoices: Enter new client and sales orders into the system, verify details with sales team, ensure proper billing schedules, and sending invoices to clients
• Processing Client Payments: Receiving and processing payments, verifying remittances, and communicating issues back to client
• Client and Vendor Communications: Establishing and maintaining clients/vendors, and responding to and resolving their relevant inquiries 
• Vendor Invoice and Payment Processing: Reviewing invoices for proper documentation, entering them into the system, ensuring payments are paid and scheduled accurately, and ensuring completeness of upcoming payments
• Record keeping: Maintaining vendor and client documentation, and ensuring they are entered into the proper ledgers 
• Reconciliation: Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances 
• Reporting: Preparing and maintaining analyses of accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Other duties: Assisting finance leader, generating various reports, and performing other ad hoc tasks 

Requirements

• Billing/Invoicing experience (SaaS, startup, or rental real estate is a plus, but not required)
• Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

AP/AR professionals should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively incorporate numbers into communications. They should also have a high concern for accuracy and attention to detail.
