Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and AR Management Operations Expert to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing billing and accounts receivable (AR) operations in a hospital setting, with a strong focus on leveraging Epic systems to enhance performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in billing and AR management, with the ability to work remotely while supporting clients across various time zones, primarily within PST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize billing and AR management processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue capture.
• Utilize Epic systems to streamline workflows, reduce denials, and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
• Analyze financial data to monitor performance metrics and identify trends.
• Provide training and support to client teams on Epic billing and AR functionalities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance cash flow and reduce outstanding AR balances.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Billing and AR Management within a hospital setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Epic systems, with hands-on experience in billing and AR modules.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10-15% as required.
• Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Fee Sharing: 65% of billable revenue.
