Job Description

Jellyfish is looking for a Billing Associate to join our team. Reporting to our VP of Finance, you will also support the larger Billing team. You will manage Jellyfish’s incoming transactions, and build relationships with customers. The primary focus is billing, you will ensure that all customer billing for Jellyfish clients is completed on time across all entities.

You will deliver a first class billing service to Jellyfish clients, coordinating and assisting with the development of the team. This is a hybrid role based in Reigate.

Responsibilities:

• Support with the design, development and implementation of the billing goals for Jellyfish across EMEA.
• Help streamline to ensure efficient billing processes.
• Review/validate SAGE X3 billing for legal entities, region, clients or products to ensure accuracy and following client expectations.
• Process sales invoices for assigned legal entities/region or clients/products Demonstrate awareness of billing rules and be prepared.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience handling finances in the marketing, hospitality or similar industries.
• Experience with Sage or another ERP.
• AAT 2-3, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
