Education...

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred

Experience...

• Strong understanding of GAAP, with 3 years experience in Order Entry and Billing
• NetSuite experience required, Salesforce experience preferred
• Excel experience required
• Audit and reconciliation experience preferred
• High growth SaaS or HaaS experience preferred
• Manufacturing/Inventory experience preferred

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities...

• Support the overall Flash Parking revenue process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance by working closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance
• Assist in processing sales orders in Netsuite: generate, review, approve
• Send customer deposit invoices prior to shipment of hardware, generally 50% upfront
• Process all daily, weekly, and monthly customer billings for billable travel and service calls
• Process daily, weekly, and monthly customer billings for complex final invoices as part of a team
• Assist in new customer creation process, creating new accounts in Netsuite
• Assist in new customer creation process, creating new accounts in our internal Billing System
• Ensure the accuracy of SaaS set-up both in our internal Billing Profile and NetSuite
• Take Closed Won opportunities in Salesforce and translate that information into Netsuite Sales Orders and Invoices
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of Sales Order creation for all closed opportunities
• Collaborate with our project managers/implementation teams to update billing and revenue recognition based on project status
• Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
• Reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Unbilled Receivables, and Customer Deposit Liability
• Assist in providing information to outside tax preparers, auditors, and state agencies to prepare annual and quarterly federal and state returns and audits
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
