In 2011 SkySlope started as an idea born at the kitchen table of our CEO, with just him and two others. Headquartered in Sacramento, California, we have since grown out of our previous 3 offices and many of our close to 180 employees are spread all across the United States. The Billing Coordinator II is responsible for accounts receivable duties, reporting, and handling ad

hoc projects. The primary role of this position is to maintain accurate financial records for

management and collaborate with other departments to minimize revenue loss and ensure proper

processing and recording of additional revenue. Specific tasks include:

Managing customer billing inquiries and communication.

Ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.

Overseeing Accounts Receivable Aging

Conducting monthly collections.

Working closely with other departments on new and existing billings.

This position will directly report to the Controller

Requirements

• 2 Years of Accounts Receivable/Billing experience
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient with spreadsheets
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks

What You'll Achieve

• 
  

Within the first 90 days

• Managing customers in FreshBooks and other software billing systems
• Process check payments in multiple accounting software (FB & QBO)

After 90 days and beyond

• Same as above, plus
• Setup a new customer
• Removing customers
• Maintain customer system access

• Familiar with contract comprehension
