Job Description

Job Summary:
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for daily and weekly reconciliation tasks. This position is also responsible for assisting in general operations, in house damage claims and customer service.
 

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for daily and weekly home delivery billing.

• Running daily reports for billing invoice.

• Gather manifests from Operations and Contractors.

• Communicate and discuss billing issues with Contractors.

• Assist in answering phones and assist Operations if necessary.

• Working on Product and In Home Claims assisting with research

• Gathering information from Contractors regarding product

• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports for product and In Home claims.
 

Other Requirements:

• Entry level position 0-2 years of home delivery billing experience.

• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

• Must be highly organized and detailed-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Good computer skills requiring basic knowledge of Microsoft Word,

Excel, Outlook and good typing skills.
