Billing Manager

Our client in the Northern Virginia area is seeking a Billing Manager to help out immediately on a remote basis!

Compensation: 95-115k depending on experience

Keys to Hire:

• Deltek Costpoint experience
• 510 years prior billing experience
• Supervisory Experience

• Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the Billing department
• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
• Implement written policies and procedures that govern accounting functions
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
• Ensure payments are accurate and up to date
• Perform month-end closing and reconciliations
• Oversee a team and daily activities
• Perform other duties as necessary

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5-10+ years' experience in AR/Billing
• Deltek Costpoint experience is required
• Advanced Excel
• Hard worker w/ the ability to adapt to situations
