Job Description

• Following up on unpaid claims
• Claim resolution (identify why claims are being denied)
• Connect with insurance carriers on daily basis
• Resubmit claims for payment

• Recent experience utilizing EPIC
• Previous Revenue Cycle experience/knowledge including: Patient Financial Services, Customer Service, Financial Assistance, Patient Access, Health Information Management, Coding and/or Third Party Reimbursement highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
