Pluralsight is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a learner's mindset to join our team! We value innovative thinking, proven problem-solving skills, and team communication. What you'll own:
In this role you will own the systems that enable Pluralsight to execute a successful Quote to Cash process, including the integrations connecting the Pluralsight platform to our billing and other 3rd party systems. You will be an excellent fit for this role if you are passionate about data, innovation, and using technology to create with possibility.

• Lead future Billing implementations, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development, and integration
• Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
• Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture
• Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client's business requirements
• Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Assist Project Leadership conducting project risk identification and mitigation planning

Experience you'll need:

• Proven hands-on Billing Systems Development experience, using tools such as: Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe
• 5+ years Billing Platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Billing and/or CPQ implementations
• Direct experience leading a Billing platform implementation experience
• Strong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform concepts and how they influence design
• Experience in configuring any other recurring Billing SaaS solutions would make a candidate stand out
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback
• Adept in execution of Agile methodologies, and overall use of Jira
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills
• Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
