Billing Specialist

Ally is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Billing Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile to service our accounts! The role includes a variety of duties including processing invoices, ensuring proper record handling, and a high volume of data entry for quicker payments. The right individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident in their ability to handle escalated situations collaboratively with the Finance team!

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing and assigning carrier paperwork to correct load numbers
• Processing of all invoices on assigned customer accounts
• Inter-department communication pertaining to invoice processing
• Reading/Assessing Unbilled Reporting
• Communication with carriers to collect necessary paperwork for payment processing
• Working with AR and AP teams on invoice escalations

QUALIFICATIONS:

A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:

• 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
