Billing Specialist

As a billing specialist, you will be responsible for the timely billing of customer invoices, after careful contract review. This role will also require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. You will work closely with other members of the accounting team, and sales professionals with contract questions. This role will provide mentorship and growth opportunities.
What you will accomplish:
- Review contracts and ensure customers are properly set up and invoiced through Netsuite
- Work with other departments on the development and implementation of improvements to billing and accounting systems
- Reconcile customer account balances and resolve inconsistencies
- Prepare revenue recognition schedules for review
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Accounting qualifications required
- General understanding of Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Audit concepts and requirements
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments, primarily sales
- Salesforce experience preferred
