About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Billing Specialist to help us bring AI to supply chains in the world’s largest companies. To support our mission, the successful candidate will be comfortable overseeing and analyzing operation financials, owning the entire account payable and accounts receivable processes. We will also expect you to contribute problem solving ideas to support the overall company growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle billing reconciliation process
• Direct interaction with our customers and vendors
• Ownership of our current policies and procedures for operations billing process
• Weekly and ad hoc reporting request by management
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience with high volume billing in AP
• Quick adapter to software platforms
• Experience with logistics or oil and gas industry is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills required

Compensation: $60-65k
