THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Hungary

Job summary

We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Agreement to Cash team, who will be responsible for carrying out invoicing for all customers, ensuring its completeness and transmitting invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Your role in our mission: 

• Perform routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain/clients' systems.

• Ensure completeness of monthly billing.

• Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed.

• Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox).

• Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.

Valued skills and experience:

• Advanced level of English & Hungarian, both oral and written.

• Experience in a billing or accounting department is desirable.

• Ability to prioritize work within the team.

• Strong attention to detail, rigorous.

• Good knowledge of the Office pack, Excel, GSuite, ERPs.
