Position Introduction/Key Duties

Cimarron is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the to support the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase of the US Air Force's Sentinel (formally GBSD) program in Ogden, UT. Cimarron provides engineering and technical support to Bechtel for the design, construction, and integration of the Sentinel launch infrastructure at locations to include Vandenberg AFB, CA, F.E. Warren AFB, WY, Malmstrom AFB, MT, and Minot AFB, ND. Sentinel is a vital US Air Force program that will recapitalize the nation's aging ground-based leg of the nuclear triad -- the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). This is a remoteposition (i.e. work from home)!

Key Duties:

• Prepare Revit 3D design layouts, details, drawings, and model information for buildings.
• Create and support BIM tickets.
• Build and review families Revit to ensure they can be used in projects.
• Build schedules and generate reports using Revit.
• Perform Parametric family creation.
• Perform Revit Parametric data management.
• Audit Revit models.
• Be involved in all Revit modeling activities.

Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
• Cimarron employees are required to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 practices, as well as customer requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• 6 or more years of BIM coordination experience.
• Experience using Revit MEP for drawing generation, view templates, design options, and phasing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Active Secret clearance.
• Previous use of Trimble SysQue.
• Previous Bechtel project experience.
• Previous DoD/DoE, USACE, NAVFAC, or USAF experience.
