Primary Responsibilities

• Perform non-routine and complex drafting assignments requiring the application of standardized drawing techniques
• Work independently with occasional advice from your supervisor
• Direct efforts of less-experienced BIM Technicians as needed
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
• A minimum of 5 years of architectural drafting experience on buildings/facilities
• Strong computer skills using Revit 3D Modeling, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prepare drawings and details
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Science and Technology and/or Civic facilities
• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
• Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
