Binance Accelerator Programme - Community

We are seeking a passionate and proactive candidate to join Binance Accelerator Programme - Community under Binance Community team. As a BAP - Community you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of the Binance Angel Program and our communities on Telegram and Discord. You will be responsible for coordinating with Angels; managing community bots; fostering positive interactions within the community; addressing user concerns; maintaining community guidelines to uphold the integrity and safety of our community and more.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a strong understanding of community dynamics and Telegram & Discord bots and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere within the community platforms.

• Assist in Managing Social Media Platforms: Help in managing and moderating our Discord and Telegram channels ensuring they remain vibrant engaging and welcoming spaces.

• Support in Community Development: Work closely with the Community Manager in executing strategies to grow the community. This includes planning coordinating and executing community events and initiatives.

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content (posts interactive polls announcements).

• Collect and Analyze Feedback: Organize and report community feedback to the Community Manager and relevant teams to help improve our product and services.

• Monitor Trends: Keep an eye on the latest trends in communities related to user engagement and participation bringing new ideas for community engagement to the team.

• Compliance: Ensure all community interaction complies with platform rules and Binance's guidelines.

• Work closely with Angels and the Angel Program Team.

Requirements:

• Passion for community building and engagement.

• Strong communication and coordination skills. Project management and administration experience is a huge plus.

• Solid understanding of the Binance ecosystem and the general crypto market.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Native-level or fluent English. International background and the ability to speak other languages are great add-ons.
