Biologics Account Manager (Palm Beach/Miami, FL)
Job Description
Reporting to a Director of Sales, the Biologics Account Manager is responsible for exceeding sales quota and growing the Sports Medicine Biologics business, within assigned territory, by driving increased usage and new customer conversions. The position requires the ability to assimilate and deliver a high level of technical information as it relates to both Biologics and Sports Medicine Shoulder products. This role also serves as a leader of Biologics for sports medicine in the capacity of product matter expert, trainer, and mentor to other sales personnel (BAR, ASRs, ESRs).
Responsibilities:
Sales Execution/Business Planning -
Meeting / exceeding assigned sales quota for assigned products in Biologics and Shoulder consumables
Drive product growth across current/legacy customer base
New Customer Acquisition - Uncover all Biologics opportunities within assigned territory.
Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly Biologics forecasts to DOS
Collaborate with DOS and Medical Education on a targeted surgeon education plan for targeted market events
Collaboration:
Network and work closely with all S&N counterparts in Region to maximize Biologics opportunities
As product expert deliver clear consistent communication with all SPMD counterparts
Quarterly business planning with your direct DOS and counterpart SPMD DOS
Weekly targeting calls at territory level to ensure driving efficient selling practices.
Administrative Task Through Clean Business Practices:
Remain current on training modules
Be compliant with all expense reporting
Complete Workday objectives in a timely manner
Managing expenses within Region. Refer to S&N travel and expense policy for guidelines. Expense reports to be submitted to AVP every 2 weeks
Updating salesforce on a weekly basis

Location: US - Field
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Business, Marketing, or Biology (or other medical-related major) strongly preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications: None
Experience:
A minimum of 6 years direct sales experience with 4 years experience within a medical/hospital environment preferred.
Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital, including surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, bio-med and information systems required.
Demonstrated success in achieving quota year over year.
Demonstrated success and proven skill set in complex sales; ability to sell to teams of buyers and multiple decision makers in a hospital/medical setting.
