Job Description
The Business Operations ("BizOps") team moves fast to ensure we make the best strategic business and product decisions. Working with Product and cross-functional leadership, we help set the direction for our company through structured problem-solving, qualitative and quantitative analyses of internal and external data, and soft skills to influence strategy and to execute upon them.
You will work closely with our senior leadership team to align packaging and pricing strategy, guide product strategy, develop cross-functional operational plans, identify critical success metrics for our products, and lay the groundwork for their implementation.
You will be responsible for owning and managing key product metrics (i.e., using core Product Led Growth framework and metrics including usage, product and customer engagement scores, ARR, ACV bookings, etc) and drive execution working cross functionally to accelerate growth, optimize product performance and transform our business models across our product portfolio.
The team has built a track record of uncovering insights and spotting trends early and using those insights to drive our strategy and direction, and you'll continue to build on the team's awesome track record.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive business operations and implement new and improved processes
- Leverage Python to create PowerBI automated dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis
- Own and master capturing all data necessary to conduct analyses and to identify and track metrics
- Create presentations that clearly conveys complex analyses to aid executive decision making
- Create KPIs and appropriate tracking mechanisms to monitor product profitability and strategy impact; and develop business and product dashboard based on key metrics
- Develop and manage complex financial models (market sizing, pricing, DCF, regression) ensuring precision, accuracy and reliability of model outputs
- Identify areas of opportunities and proactively conduct analyses to gain unique insights that can help drive product performance improvements (e.g., financial, customer success, sales, etc)
- Partner with Product and GTM teams to define and articulate the problems and analyze data to provide solutions/recommendations.
- Build strong relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and follow-up on actions
- Recommend ways to evolve pricing frameworks, processes, and operations to improve decision quality, sales velocity, customer satisfaction, and customers success
- Help strengthen sales effectiveness, compliance with global pricing policies, and pricing framework scalability
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate or product strategy roles at a leading tech company
- Undergraduate degree in STEM and graduate degree or equivalent in business, science or engineering preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior executives - the ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with other business functions to operationalize key strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated hypothesis-driven problem-solving orientation with exceptional ability to create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Ability to roll up sleeves to execute and take projects to completion
- Passion for technology, with some form of technical or software experience a plus
- A 'question the status quo' and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong personal initiative and good judgment; desire to succeed in a demanding environment
- Desire to continuously learn and develop skills
- Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope
- Able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels including presenting ideas and financial analysis to senior management
- Self-directed with the ability to work effectively under pressure and with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
