Job Overview:

You will work cross-functionally at Drip on highly impactful projects ranging from category expansion, and operational to finance to product. This is a highly impactful role that will work on the most pressing strategic initiatives at drip with high visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects to scale functions and capabilities
• Define and measure important KPIs
• Drive efficiency and transparency in processes
• Ensure roles and personnel are aligned with objectives
• Spin-up new initiatives to drive growth

Required Background:

• Ideally 8 to 10 years of overall work experience in Biz Ops
• Must have 2 Management Consulting at Bain, Mckinsey or BCG
• Major plus worked at fast-growing marketplace as well
• Tech start-up experience preferably in eCommerce, marketplaces or content
• Must work PCT US Hours
• Must have experience working US hours + working with US Colleagues
