Position Summary:
As the Senior BizApps Manager, you will lead the strategy, management, and optimization of the company’s business applications, playing a key role in driving AI initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies. In addition to being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the corporate SaaS applications, you will spearhead the organization's AI transformation, integrating AI capabilities across all departments to drive innovation, streamline operations, and improve decision-making. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring business workflows, app capabilities, and integrations align with the company’s strategic goals, driving sustained growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Application & AI Strategy:

Serve as the SME for the company’s application catalog, guiding business units in optimizing the use of existing applications or selecting new ones that best align with their specific needs and objectives.

Identify opportunities to improve business workflows through in-app developments and seamless integrations.

Develop the corporate AI strategy by exploring business needs, conducting market research, and proactively introducing innovative AI solutions and platforms.
SaaS & AI Management:

Lead ongoing reviews of all business applications, focusing on eliminating redundancies, reducing unnecessary SaaS usage, and identifying opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.

Ensure application capabilities evolve to meet the changing needs of the business, continuously refining processes and workflows.

Drive AI development initiatives hands-on, working closely with teams to implement AI solutions that optimize both business application workflows and the functionality of the company’s products.
Development, Integration, and Implementation:

Design, develop, and maintain business applications that meet the organization’s needs, including custom applications and modifications to existing software.

Ensure business applications are properly integrated with other systems and platforms, facilitating seamless data flow and process automation.

Oversee the implementation of new business applications, configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
