About the role:

CLA is looking to hire an Analyst for our BizOps (Outsourcing) practice in our Spokane, Washington location. Our BizOps service helps our clients transform their business with a collaborative approach that allows them to seamlessly mitigate risk, overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and identify personnel to help them with their workforce needs.

As an Analyst, you will:

• Handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Process Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursements, and Cash Receipts.
• Completes non-complex account reconciliations (i.e. bank & credit card reconciliations) and assist with the month-end close process.
• Quarterly and annual processing of 1099s.

What you will need:

• Accounting and financial experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Compensation strategy statement

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Washington, the range for this position is $42,000 to $67,000.
