We are seeking BizOps Staff to support our Fund Administration/Private Equity team for our Minneapolis, MN office. This is an associate level position.

As a member of the Fund Administration team, you will be assisting our growing clients with their performance and financial reporting, treasury management, and investor relations, in turn allowing them to focus on raising and investing capital.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete account reconciliations, such as bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounts for real estate, private equity, and venture capital funds.
- Prepare financial statements and required work papers to support the financial statements.
- Process transactions which may include accounts payable/cash disbursements processing, accounts receivable/cash receipts processing and payroll processing/coordination.
- Prepare and monitor capital calls and distribution notices to limited partners.
- Prepare limited partner capital/investor statements.
- Prepare management fee calculations as well as expense allocations between funds.
- Identify client issues concerning generally accepted accounting principles (FASB / SFAS), specifically related to investment companies.
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of accounting software packages.
- Focus efforts on managing work and key client relationships to exceed client expectations.
- Expand industry knowledge through greater exposure to peers, clients, regular self-study, and formal training opportunities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.
- Less than one year of experience in public accounting.
