Blind Installer & Driver

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and detail-orientedBlind/Shade Installer & Driverto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Running your assigned route daily. • Picking up and returning blinds for cleaning (cleaning is performed at our warehouse). • Performing quality installations of blinds at customer locations. • Maintaining tools and company vehicle in good working condition. • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. • Measuring windows accurately to determine the appropriate size for treatments. • Prepare and install a variety of window treatments, including blinds and verticals. • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. Qualifications • Experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required (training available). • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation and construction, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with installations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week Benefits: • On-the-job training • Paid training • Tools provided Experience: • Blind Installation: 1 year (Preferred) • Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: • Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
