We are a leader in film and television title distribution and we are seeking an experienced Blu Ray and DVD Authoring Technician. This is a full time position but flexible. It is important that you are a team player and a strong communicator since you will be working with a diverse work group. Description

• Authoring Blu Ray projects with Scenarist BD authoring software.
• Authoring DVD projects using DVD Studio Pro or Scenarist software.
• Creating menu graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Scenarist Designer
• Quality control and mastering Blu Ray and DVD projects ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Creating and managing all project documentation

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be proficient with the following software:

• Scenarist BD
• Scenarist DVD
• Apple DVD Studio Pro
• Scenarist Designer PS 3.1.2
• Adobe Photoshop

Other desired software experience:

• Sony DoStudio Encoder and Authoring
• Telestream MAC Caption
• Sirius Pixels SDe Encoder
• Apple's compressor encoder
• Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Media encoder
• Final Cut Pro
• DVD Studio Pro
