MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

Ø Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience)

Ø A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.

Ø Proficient in the English language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ø BMC Accredited Developer

Ø Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools

Ø Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updates process(es) (including troubleshooting approaches) 

Ø Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvals

Ø Experience with migrating code and data into Remedy environments

Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
