Job Description:

As a BCBA you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan. You will work in-home and in the community with families and the assigned R/BTs to implement the programs train the team and caregivers fine tune the program and promote generalization of the plan.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct initial assessments reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
• Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
• Provide support instruction and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
• Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
• Review program effectiveness make recommendations monitor data collection and graph/monitor progress
• Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
• Train parents caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Supervision and Training
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting

Qualifications Required:

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification
• Active MA LABA or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
• Ability to be credentialed with all funders including Medicaid
• Driver’s License
• Health care industry experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated

• Flexible part time and full time schedules available
