Job Description
The Retail Client Services Lead is primarily responsible for middle office support of financial consultants. The position is a control point for the various operational processes related to revenue, commissions, and vendor relations. Point of contact for problem resolution between fund/insurance companies, Pershing, and financial consultants. Responsible for recording and reconciling fund-direct business. Works closely with compliance and senior management on various processes and procedures to ensure firm policies align with FINRA/SEC rules and regulations.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or 3-5 years of work experience in investment sales/ operations, preferred. Or, 6-10 years of equivalent work related experience. Required licensing: Series 99 and SIE, or the ability to obtain within 180 days of start date.
- Advanced knowledge of PC applications including a high skill level of Excel and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
- Goal oriented; readily takes action on challenges, identifies and seizes new opportunities
- Team leader; works well with a team as well as independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
- Excellent mathematical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of accounting and reconciliation principles (preferred)
- Understanding and knowledge of investment products (preferred)
