Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that this role requires eligibility to work in the U.S. or Canada without current or future visa sponsorship, and may require travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule project tasks with the appropriate resources
- Drive implementation to completion within timeline
- Establish internal and external expectations and accountability
- Effectively prioritize and update tasks for implementation projects
- Communicate with all departments to ensure needs are addressed and timelines are met
- Progress implementation projects according to project details
- Track, document, and finalize projects in alignment with company processes
- Provide support to customers for project-related questions and ensure timely and reliable response
- Provide effective leadership, direction and consistent communication to technical resources
- Utilize TaskRay, Microsoft Excel, Project, or other project management software applications to track projects
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Salesforce experience preferred
Experience and Skills:
- PMP certification desired
- 7+ years of successful project management in SaaS Software
- Knowledge of business application processes, ERP software and accounting practices desired.
Must demonstrate the following skills:

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to navigate standard office software without difficulty
- Capable of independently seeking information and working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
